No, saunas and cold plunges have health and wellness benefits for everyone. If you are concerned about your state of health when using a sauna or cold plunge, consult with your doctor before you book a visit.
Members have access to the relax room at all times during hours of operation. Your membership tier will determine how many times you can book a private contrast room, per month. Each private contrast room booking counts as a credit towards your membership for that month, until you run out of monthly credits. Then you will have to either upgrade to a higher tiered membership, that has more monthly credits, or purchase a "drop-in" credit when booking on the app or website.
No, anyone can book a massage or chiropractor visit. However, if you are a member, you will be able to book these services at a discounted members-only price.
Merch is reserved for members and visitors. You can purchase merch online or in-store. If you are not a member, you will have to complete a visit before you are able to purchase merch and merch will only be available for pickup during that visit.
At Do Not Disturb, our mission is to democratize wellness, fostering inclusivity. We are dedicated to providing a space, while curating and empowering a wellness community, to prioritize wellness and develop a routine. Due to the demand for our space, members are provided priority access to book services and non-members will only be allowed to book during off-peak hours. Members get member prices when booking a massage or chiropractor visit. Do Not Disturb will host biweekly and monthly members-only exclusive events in the space that only members will have access to.
Our Crescent Membership allows for a member to bring a guest when booking a private contrast room. If you are not a Crescent member, you are allowed to bring one guests per quarter.
We would hate to see you leave our community, but if you must cancel your membership for whatever reason, you may do so at any time. Please keep in mind that depending on your membership tier, you have agreed to a minimum month contract that will still be implemented, if you cancel earlier. Members who have cancelled are allowed to renew their membership at anytime, but due to our high demand, will be added to our waitlist and accepted on a rolling basis, as space permits. To avoid losing your membership completely, we have granted membership freezes that can be froze and unfroze at any time for a $25 monthly fee.
